Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order with Lynvro, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within New Zealand. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Lynvro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claim process with the carrier.
