This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, crafted to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Our Return Policy
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from https://lynvro.com, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all original accessories and documentation. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lynvro.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Return Shipping: Lynvro provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Your Rights Under NZ Law)
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are paramount. If an item you receive is faulty, not fit for purpose, significantly different from its description, or damaged upon arrival, Lynvro will meet its obligations under New Zealand law.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@lynvro.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate, at our cost.
For claims under the CGA, we may require proof of purchase. The CGA does not cover damage caused by misuse or abnormal use of the product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please refer to the ‘Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items’ section above.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placement.
- Shipping Rates & Times: We currently offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) for Free on all orders within New Zealand. As we only ship domestically, international shipping is not available at this time.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
