1. Products and Orders Lynvro specialises in high-quality small kitchen appliances, specifically air fryers. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order, or cancel the order and issue a refund. All prices listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) are inclusive of 15% NZ GST.

2. Pricing and Payment All prices displayed on our Website are in NZD. We accept payments via Afterpay and Klarna, offering flexible payment options. All transactions are processed securely through our WooCommerce platform. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

3. Order Acceptance Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lynvro reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: Lynvro currently ships exclusively within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Shipping Method & Times: We offer Standard Shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.
  • Shipping Cost: Standard Shipping is free for all orders ($0).
  • Delivery Responsibility: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an item has been dispatched, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Website pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lynvro purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lynvro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Lynvro covers the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
